    When an update to the plugin caused an error message to appear on my website, I reached out to support, expecting maybe to hear back the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to get a response from Randy with their support staff within just minutes.

    Although the cause of the error message stumped the developers at first, they continued to work on it well past the 5 PM EST closing time listed on the support page. Randy kept me updated on the progress, and they were able to fix the issue that night just before 9:30 PM.

    I had told Randy that afternoon that I didn’t mind just deactivating the plugin so they could work on it in the morning, but they were determined to get it done. Randy and team definitely earned five stars!!

    Thanks so much, Carrie. First off, I’m sorry about that bug. That was completely my fault, but I sure am thankful that you gave us the opportunity to get that fixed up for you. And I’m glad that we were able to git ‘er done. Rock on, my friend!
