Excellent Support

The paid version works great, is flexible and allows all woo emails to be customised without any hassle. It supports also custom order status email customisation which is very important for a larger shop’s order flow.
I’d hope some additional development to be done for customising of sections that are now only available as hooks. It would be nice if they could be customised with the plugin too instead of having to make changes to php-templates. These are such as custom info included in or for the order (such as tracking codes).
Customer support for the paid version was fast and took care of my requests very fast despite me being on another continent. 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars for the plugin but only because the lack of hook design options.
