Excellent support!

I took over a dev on a wordpress project that had the Events plugin for taking and processing RSVPs. Even though it fell outside of support (they had made a lot of custom changes), our support assignee, Truman, stayed with me answering questions, and then provided a function that did exactly what we asked in a very simple process! Life saver.
