Excellent support

The support team at rtMedia have been great the fellows really know what they are doing Nitun and Ritesh a big thank you.

The problem I was having was with setup along with data memory the site kept crashing I had asked the fellows for help they asked me for my details so they could inspect the problem as they did. They had corrected the isuse with the site went over the settings they came back to inform me.

I had also learnt there was a problem with the settings with the server PHP settings that had been changed from php.ini. to .user.ini. memory size. I also had learnt with some of the plugins they were causing a problem with loading now that has been all sorted.

It is great to know that there really is support when you need it I would recommend rtMedia to anyone wanting to use them service is great.
