Excellent Support

There’s very little that’s perfect in this world and that especially goes for software and plugins. Clearly, from reading the range of reviews for WP Event Manager it’s hard to please all the people all the time.

I’ll admit I’ve had a few frustrations with the plugin but when I’ve raised any issues or concerns, I’ve had nothing but great support from both Priya and Jathin. The latest was an issue with a WordPress update (totally unrelated to WP Event Manager and outside their control) that prevented addons from being uploaded and activated. The next update from WP may have provided a fix but Jathin sorted instructions on a workaround I could try. When this didn’t provide the solution, he worked with me to successfully upload the addons from his end, so I could continue with my site development.

All I can say is “Keep up the great work!!”
