Excellent Support

For some reason the plugin was not accepting the IP blocking instructions so kept appearing when I was reviewing the website, 200 times a day or so! Tech support managed to solve the problem quickly and effectively by reviewing the code. Can’t complain about the problem as it was fixed so quickly!
