I was having trouble with a couple entries in my feed. I seemed to follow all the protocols, but it would not pull the data. After a couple emails, Rextheme support was able to identify the problem with the coding on their end. They modified the entire software to be able to fix the problem. They told me it would be in their next release which worried me that it would be weeks before my problem would be solved. They responded back that the update was being released just 3 days after identifying the problem. I still have one small glitch with rounding on dollars, but I’m sure they will support that as well.
I’m not even a paid subscriber, although I’m going to be now! They went back/forth with me for several iterations over the course of a couple weeks. Imagine what they do for their paying customers. I can’t recommend them enough. By contrast, I tried another Woocommerce plugin and have had a conflict with my feed for months and I can’t get anyone to help me.
