• We’re still developing the site at the minute so a long way to go but after hitting a few snags early on I have to say the support has been amazingly good. (The snags were all down to our custom theme, not the plugin, but Krystian and the Syde support team fixed each issue in turn using a staging environment). All I can say is that payments are now going through fine in Sandbox mode and the support to get here has been rapid. I was very sceptical having seen all the low reviews but I genuinely can’t understand where those are coming from.
