I migrated my homemade membership system into S2Member Pro in April of 2015. As with any migration, it wasn’t easy but thankfully Jason and his team were very helpful in helping me track down and resolve the issues. Once it was set up, the site runs like a dream but whenever something comes up, support is quick and very helpful.
Most recently, I ran into a Javascript issue that was causing my site to run strangely and even though it wasn’t caused by S2Member, Jason still checked my code and helped me rule out some issues. (It turns out it was Cloudflare’s RocketLoader beta).
And here’s the kicker, Jason helped me figure this stuff out over the Christmas holiday. You can’t ask for better support than that.
