Steve at Gator forms went out of his way to assist me with an issue that was being caused by my template. He could have easily just told me the issue was with the template and pushed me onto the template developers, instead he logged in and resolved the issue for me. The Gator forms team is on the ball with new features requests and updating their content. Well worth the investment.
