Excellent Support

  • Since I can just edit a review but can’t delete it, I decided to go neutral with 3 stars.

    PROS:

    • The support staff is very professional, polite and helpful.
    • The plugin’s settings are pretty okay, but when you have to go to mobilemonkey site to customize, it gets tricky.

    CONS:

    • Issue after issue, I’ve had the official FB messenger plugin before, and never had an issue with it. I have WP Chatbot for a week and got several issues so far..
    • First the plugin setting didn’t make any effect, which to be honest, the new update fixed
    • I keep getting a message on the plugin’s page that setting is incomplete
    • Than all of the sudden it stopped working. I’ve switched back to Facebook’s official plugin and it works fine.

    It’s fair to say that this is BY FAR THE BEST MESSENGER PLUGIN available on the repository but it needs a lot of work to be perfect.
    For someone like me that depends on messenger to communicate with clients, I can’t afford to have any downtime or issues.

    I’ll recheck the plugin in a few months and write a more detailed review on my site.
