Excellent Support and Plugin

For anyone who has been using WordPress for a long time, we all know that plugins come and go. Some start off great then within a year it’s abandoned. It’s happened a lot. It’s refreshing how the devs of Ultimate FAQ have stayed on top of their plugin. My litmus test for any plugin is to click on Support. To see how long questions have gone unanswered. I’ve been using Ultimate FAQ for a short time but in that time, the response from support has been amazing. These guys are rare in that they think outside the box. They don’t just say sorry you can’t do that or it can’t be done. While I understand there are limitations to anything, my experience with these guys are that they truly care about their plugin and their customers. They don’t mind popping a brain cell and getting creative to help solve a problem.

You’d think these guys worked for NASA. I’m beyond impressed. Keep up the good work. I think I speak for many of your customers when I say you guys are nothing short of amazing. Way to go guys! You’re setting the bar.
