Excellent Support and Swiftly Fixed Issue

Woke up to an error on my website something to do with a php error at the top of my website. I had a look to see what i could do but everything i tried failed to fix it. I contacted the author of this plugin and the responded immediately and logged into my website and fixed the technical issue.

I have a lot of pro plugins on my website and the support for them is non-existant, however the support for this WC Designer is outstanding, they connect to you via the messenger and ask you to describe the issues that your having and they connect to your website and do some tests they took steps to connect to my account on their platform and iron out any issues. They have now successfully resolved my issue and saved me the embarrassment of explaining to my customers why there was an issue with my website – no i can continue with working without issue.
