Excellent support for a great plugin

It does exactly what it says it does, the Premium version is cheap and most importantly, it just works. Customisation is easy enough too. You don’t need overcomplicated designs which just confuse customers so the available designs are sufficient for the majority of websites and are fully customisable making it easy to design one to suit your site’s colours and fonts.

However my main concern is the importance of support. It is important to have quick, professional advice when needed if you are running a serious business and need support. It is no good having an all-singing, all-dancing plugin if support isn’t available when you need it. It is sadly lacking all too often in many cases but when I chose to contact this company over a relatively minor issue their response was fast, very thorough with illustrations, and extremely professional.

To sum up, it’s cheap, it works and support is excellent and professional. You don’t need anything else.
