Excellent Support for the most adaptable WordPress theme

  • I have been using Astra Pro on the Growth / Agency plan for around 2 yrs now and insist on Gutenberg which is the easiest for my clients to learn and manage their own basic updates. Spectra brings great functionality and design options to blocks and I can customise so easily. Downside as a web developer, I have getting very rusty on my coding! lol But I can live with that.

    The support team in Astra is absolutely fantastic and they know me well when I feel absolutely exhausted on a Friday evening trying to get something working and just run out of energy and they will always help out.

    Paired with Siteground, I get near perfect pages speeds on desktop (over 90) and excellent on mobile too.

    I actually wont work with other themes anymore. Not worth the hassle plus so many websites are not designed with UX in mind, it is always easier to redesign.

    Probably one of the toughest things I missed when I went self employed vs working with a team in the office was the lack of support they offered.

    I noticed a real pattern that I seem to only hit a wall on Friday evenings and keep telling ye that you need to add ‘Exhausted’ to the how are you feeling drop down ?? but you always come back with help to get things over the line. There’s lots of great products out there however very few come with the same level of support and for me that’s crucial. It’s not just about sales but following up with your customers too and you do that really well.
