I was having trouble getting this to work – It was a theme conflict. So, I came here and sorted through previous questions and answers – and found the solution that solved the problem. It appears the author really works at answering issues and is engaged with the community. Thank you!

As a note to the author, I found the interface and some of the wording on the many options a bit confusing. It may be that as a newbie I am unfamiliar with some of the terms. Having said that, I was able to figure it all out – and with the help provided in this forum even modify the CSS to bypass the theme conflict.
