excellent tech support

I was confused with the various services that backupguard offered. I installed the free trial client which seemed to work ok. Then, I wanted to move to the silver client and eventually upgrade to the gold client. The initial is similar to Vaultpress but the yearly renewal is much less. I cannot say that I have restored with the plugin but the level of support was extraordinary as I navigated through the various packages.
