Except for the bugs it’s beautiful

  • I’m using chosen pro on several blogs and it’s a beautiful minimalistic design I fell in love with right away. However, template beauty is even more beautiful when it even works and not just looks nice. Especially on my German page there are serious issues with the header image (it’s totally locked and nothing can be changed). Social media tags cannot be edited either, but the biggest problem are blog posts that have been published and yet they do not show up on any browser. After waiting some weeks for a response I’d also mention that support could be a little faster. So in case it can be fixed I’ll be very happy, in case not – well I wasted a 100 bucks.

    The moderators closed your forum thread right away because it mentioned the Pro version which left me no way to get in touch with you. I replied to the email you later sent and addressed your concerns and followed up four days later but you never responded.

    For anyone else reading this review, these bugs do NOT exist in the Chosen theme. Chosen will NOT prevent you from publishing new posts or changing the content of your site. It’s unfortunate that this theme is being blamed for issues undoubtedly coming from plugins on the site.
