Exception schedule is not working

  • HI, I live in Bangladesh and I created a Reservation system for my client who lives in Mexico.

    So, the issue is whenever I setup an Exception Schedule and provide specific date and time so, top of the form it shows correct date and time but whenever I try to select the time the time becomes default like other days.

    As an example If I put 2pm – 10pm on everyday from dashboard
    It shows that the reservation Start time 2:00 PM. End time 10:00 PM on the top of the form and also can be selected within 2 pm to 10 pm.

    But If I give an exception on a specific date from 11 am – 5 pm.
    It also shows that the reservation Start time 11 am. End time 5 PM at the top of the form but when I try to select the time I have to select the time from 2pm – 10pm like the other days. It doesn’t let me select the specific time I mentioned.

    And I mentioned both of me and my client’s location because. Sometimes it shows working on my side by it never works on clients side. I even tried with multiple device and browsers and my client also tried using multiple device and browsers. It doesn’t work on his side at all.

    Is it possible to assist on this issue ? thanks.

    Greetings from the WP Cafe team. Thanks for reaching out to us. We are extremely sorry that this happened to you.

    We have done local testing on our site by following your test case. And we have found a reservation time issue in Mexico timezone. Say, if you select the exceptional day time on the 8th of March, then it is working on the 9th of March. I mean one day is always moving towards when it is Mexican time. 

    We have already informed our Developer team and they already found the issue. Hope in the next update it will be fixed. And soon we are going to release our latest update. So please allow us some time.

    Thanks a lot, will wait for your update.

    Also one more thing to mention, this issue is not only happening to exception schedule, but also happens on if I try to keep any day as weekend.

    As an example If I uncheck Monday because the restaurant will be off on this day and check all the other days as work days then Monday is showing faded & non selectable which is perfectly fine but when I select the next day, Tuesday which is a work day then it shows that no schedule set from admin even if I set the schedules. Feel free to check this issue like you checked exception schedule and I hope you’ll understand

    Again thanks for your query. Yes, we have also tested it. And already confirm with our dev team.

    Hope both fixes will be released in the next update. So please allow us some time. After maintaining all the qualities we will release our latest version of the plugin.
