Exception thrown No utilities registered for `I_Fs`

Updated to 2.0.7 and had a blank page with “Exception thrown No utilities registered for I_Fs“

Disabling (renaming the plugin folder) NGG allowed my site to work. Re-enabling it results in the error.

– WordPress up to date? 3.6
– NextGEN up to date? 2.0.7
– What version of NextGEN Gallery did you upgrade from? had 2.0.0, upgraded to 2.0.7

(please confirm the following, with your server host tech) :
– MySQL up to date: 5.5.32
– PHP up to date: 5.3.20
– The mod_rewrite Apache module activated: Yes
– PHP Safe Mode OFF: Yes

Additional information that will help us find a solution:
– Who are you hosted with: Selfhosted with a VPS. LAMP stacking. Server hasn’t changed, other sites working, many Drupal, etc sites working fine on this.
– What theme are you running? Twenty-eleven
– Which plugins do you have installed and activated?

– Does this error still occur if you switch your theme to the WP default, and deactivate all plugins except NextGEN Gallery? (*be sure to clear your browser cache and reload your site after deactivating)

Yes, this error occurs with all plugins disabled and default theme.
