Exceptional Customer Service: A Happy Addons Experience

I am using the free version of the Happy Addons plugin, and when I encountered an issue with the calendar display, I wasn’t sure if it made sense to email the developer about it. Moreover, the problem was so bizarre that I feared I would be bounced around (for clarification: the display of my calendar, linked to Google Calendar, worked fine until October; if the display was set to later dates, the page with the calendar would crash). Would there really be good support, even with the free version? The answer is: yes. I sent an email describing my issue and received a friendly message back from Anower, asking for more details. It was evident that he took my problem seriously. The issue wasn’t immediately fixable, and in the following weeks, I had regular contact with Anower; each time, I was amazed by the service I received. Ultimately, the problem was resolved, and the calendar is now working properly. Many thanks to the support team at Happy Addons. Your plugin is fantastic, and the service you provide is equally so!
