Exceptional functionality & support

This plugin is exceptional but the service I have received was beyond expectation. I initially purchased the Hobbyist version thinking it was all I needed but soon realised there was 1 extra feature in the pro version that I could really use but wasn’t keen on spending the extra just for 1 feature. I contacted their support and explained what I needed and within a day they supplied me with a custom plugin to give me the extra feature at not charge.

After using the plugin for a while I decided that I could also use some other pro features so I contacted support again and they were happy to just invoice me for the difference.

I have been using the plugin for about 6 months now and haven’t had a single issue, it just works.

I have to say that the quality of support I received is enough to wish Cozmoslabs continued success as we need more developers of their calibre.
