Exceptions for Dependencies

I realize the plugin itself has no way built in to do this, but I’m hoping someone will know a plugin or a way to allow it that works with it.

I’m looking for a way to allow a coupon code to bypass the dependency. The idea is to allow people who previously purchased the ‘required’ items before there was a website to be accepted as to meeting the requirement.
