Exceptions setting at Admin/Ajax does not work

    Hi @tokkonopapa,

    How is going recently? ??

    On our Woocommerce site, once IGB is activated, there is an error which show as screenshot:

    at backend logs, it show as:

    HX_Wechat_LoopOrderStatus is from our WeChat payment gateway, and I set it as Exception in Admin/Ajax as screenshot:

    But it does not work.

    This is quite serious for us, because the user will be kept to stay at payment page while not be redirect to sucessful order page, but the most serious issue is that the order will be show as “Pending” status even if the user already pay successfully at frontend, please check the screenshot:

    this means that we do not know user already paid, and users will confused why they already paid but no order placed.

    Anyway to resolve it please?

    I’m sorry about the issue.

    1. I think the blocked request in https://prnt.sc/kuzcfr should be fixed when you check HX_Wechat_LoopOrderStatus as exception like in https://prnt.sc/kuzd3t .
    2. In https://prnt.sc/kuziq2 , the blocked requests had directly access to the PHP files under /wp-content/plugins/xh-weixinpay-for-wc-hb-2x/ (QQ/Weibo/WeChat/Mobile login plugin?). In this case, please select that plugin as exception in “Plugin area“.

    In case you have still issues after doing above, please disable “Prevent Zero-day Exploit” and let me know.

    yes, it could be resolved by set it as exception in “Plugin area“.(xh-weixinpay-for-wc-hb-2x is WeChat payment, and HX_Wechat_LoopOrderStatus is from wheat login)
