excerpt ellipsis

Unfortunately, that’s not possible at the moment. The “stock” excerpt provided by WPP doesn’t include an option to customize the ending part of it (a.k.a. the ellipsis).

I might include a filter hook for this in a future release but for the time being your only choice is to implement your own custom excerpt by using the very same technique from last time.

Don’t mention it, Jason.

However, please keep in mind that I only created that issue to remind myself to look into it as soon as I can (I’m currently busy with work so implementing that might take a while), and for future reference.

If you’re on a deadline, you should try to resolve the problem yourself by following the suggested approach posted a few comments above.
