Excerpt in posts on home page

  • Hi, I’m using 3.0.1.
    I want to Excerpt the posts to leave just the small excerpt and not the hole article.
    My website address is https://www.ideviceihelp.com
    You can see the idea is working, but keeps the article there, does not hide it.
    Help please

  • what is the code of your front page template (where you made the changes – or how did you get the excerpt to show?)

    please use a https://wordpress.pastebin.com/

    it looks like you have both the code for an excerpt and the full content.

    i havent changed any code. i just installed plugin called Advanced Excerpt

    i found the problem. It was in settings of my theme. Anyway, now I want to keep this plugin Advanced Excerpt because it shows page image, but also a excerpt, but in post it shows it again. How to delete it. Do i have to play with the code, if so where and what to edit?
