Excerpt Issue w/images

I have customized layout to my clients requirements and would like to limited the testimonials to 30 words, which will help with the layout. But when I add the “num_words=’30’ more_tag=’Read More…’ ” to the short code the image disappears. Once I get the layout as I want it and feel confident this issue is fixed I will have these rotate thru with others I set up.
