    We have checked it in our site and it is working well. Please recheck whether you have put the message format as told there. Also confirm if the plugin had authorized the app_id and app_secret you used. If there are not any problem with them then please mail us to [email protected] with the screenshot of the the plugin backend settings so that we can follow you from there.
