    The site was built using Elementor, everything works fine with the translatepress plugin. Im thinking to get the pro version to have more languages translated but just when we are playing around with our first language. The post excerpt is not translating when using the post widget at the home page. The blog post it self was translated, but when using post widget to show the excerpt content. It still shows the original content of excerpt, without going to the page. The excerpt will only show a fully translated content when the blog post is visited. but not on the post excerpt side. PLease help!

    This happens because TranslatePress saves the translation at the string level and the excerpt of a post is a small portion of the original content.
    What I meant by this is that the translated content and the excerpt are seen as two different strings and for this to work, you will have to manually translate the exceprt as well.

    THanks for your answer! do you know where and how I can translate the excerpts? thanks! I love the plugin by the way!
    one more question, is the DeepL for the business plan has unlimited automatic translations?

    To translate the excerpts, you need to open -in the translation editor- the page that contains the exceprts.
