    Hello @phajiyev,

We apologize for the delay in responding. You can configure the settings in the Content Setting section to manage the content you want to display.

You can remove elements in the Element Order option and disable options such as Enable Category, Enable Read More Button, etc., as shown in the image below.

As for the Thumbnail, unfortunately, we do not have an option to remove it directly. Therefore, we suggest removing it using custom CSS code.

We look forward to hearing from you.

I think you may have misunterstood my question. The customisation options offer to include or exclude post excerpt, but the way it works is “buggy” or problematic. As an example, let’s say I’ve created a post with following attributes:

    Title: Elementor Post

    Post Author: fauzan

    Post Date: August 9, 2024

    Category: Uncategorized

    Body: Lorem ipsum dolor…

The post excerpt displays as “Elementor Post fauzan August 9, 2024 Uncategorizeded Lorem ispum dolor…”

This is problematic because the excerpt contains irrelevant attributes such as post_author, post_category, post_date. Ideally it should only display a few characters from the body which would be “Lorem ipsum dolor…”.

Please refer to the Latest News section of the template and the screenshot I attached, you will see that in my web page the excerpt contains irrelevant attributes while in the original template it is only displaying a few characters from the body.

I am using default settings, but I am not able to get this right.

    Hello @phajiyev,

We apologize for the misunderstanding earlier. WordPress has a default Excerpt feature that you can find when creating/editing a post.

What is an excerpt? (Block Editor)

What is an excerpt? (Classic Editor)

It might look slightly different, but the Excerpt section on our side appears as shown in the image below.

    We hope this answer helps.

    Hello @phajiyev,

How are you? We hope you’re doing well.

Have you been able to successfully modify the Excerpt in each post? If you’re creating a post with Elementor, the first part of the post content will be displayed as the Excerpt. To resolve this, you can manually add the Excerpt as we previously mentioned.

We wanted to inform you that, since there hasn’t been any conversation on this topic for a while, we will mark it as resolved.

If you encounter any other issues, please don’t hesitate to start a new topic.

    Have a great weekend! ???
