Excerpt Style

Can you please tell me, how you styled (formatted) your “Continue Reading”, maybe you can explain to me how you did it. I want to split manually my post content, but when I add <!–more–> it is too bold, and your version would fit better to my text. And on the other side I can only paste it on the left side and not in the middle.
