Excerpt with html

    Hello guys,

    I’m using your plugin for several years on this website and I guess since a recent update, the excerpt doesn’t display the html anymore. Meaning, I pu some <em> for italic words in excerpt, before it was displayed in the carrousel and not anymore. Any solution?

    Sorry for the delay but very busy ?? I’ve tried to remove the 2 lines exactly like on your screenshot but the html (italic) is still not back in my excerpt.

    Hello,

    I think you need to display font in italic…

    Please go to your Admin Panel->Appearance->Customize->Additional CSS.
    Please put the below CSS in your “additional CSS” section.

    .wppsac-post-slider-init .wppsac-sub-content?{font-style: italic;}

    In fact, all our excerpts just contain a few words in italic (the book name), so there are written like “Lorem ipsum… <em>book name</em> (we’ve also tried style=”font-style: italic;”. It was working perfectly before and that’s now incompatible with an update I guess

    We have checked and it’s perfectly working so please check with the default theme. I think this is your Avada theme issue…
