Excerpts and Titles side panels don’t work until you use Co-Pilot

The black bar should appears as a fullscreen overlay with this specific opacity. However, it seems that it is not being displayed correctly due to a potential issue with its z-index positioning, meaning that the displayed window may be “behind” your post editor.

I would like to inquire whether you are using a particular page builder or editor. If that is the case, I recommend disabling it temporarily and attempting the process again to see if any changes occur.

If this solution doesn’t work, could you please provide me with additional information regarding your current configuration?

Hi Val, it’s taken me a while to have the time to look at this. I tried again, using the 2023 theme and no plugins active except for AI Engine. It is still black.
