Excerpts & Highlights Removes My Stylesheet

    So when I enable the Excerpts & Highlights tab it automatically removes the HTML with my stylesheet. Not sure why, but I am including two images. The HTML is the same minus this line.

    Without this line, it breaks the site. I’d like to highlight search terms but cannot as a result.

    Does not matter what Highlight type I use, turning it on is what breaks the site.

    Any ideas how to fix this?

    For some reason, using the Conditional and Inline CSS Loading Experiment from Elementor does not work with Relevanssi. Disabling that feature should fix this.

    Thank you for the suggestion. I tested and you are 100% correct. Unfortunately, disabling it causes the site to drop significantly in response time. We’re going to investigate a few options, including contact with Elementor, and then see what our choices are. Thanks.

    I’d love to have a proper fix for this, but so far I haven’t been able to figure out what the problem is. If Elementor support can figure out why this is happening, I’m interested in helping to fix this.
