excerpts or full posts

If I select to use WP Custom Category Pages content, I get only a list of post titles on the page.
If I select NOT to use WP Custom Category Pages content, I get the full post but I’m missing the text that I put into the Category Copy box.
How can I keep the Category Copy intro text AND have the full posts?
