Excessive Compression while using with image optimisation plugins

Hi,

I use AMPforWP with Cloudflare. Due to my server speed I want to continue using CDN

I used a few image optimization plugins like Imagify, Shortpixle Image optimizer (only one at a time). Both plugins optimize images, but they could not deliver images in WebP format.

Shortpixel team suggested me to use Shortpixel Adoptive Images (SPAI) which failed to deliver WebP
Imagify team suggested me to use WebP Express. Which was able to deliver WebP images. Problem is, it is doing exceptionally high compression while converting or delivering file into WebP format.

For example, on https://joyloan.in/home-loan/ I have 2 images. JPG size of these images is between 22kb to 27Kb which is sufficiently compressed. With WebP, I want to achieve max 20-30% improvement.

But Webp images has very high compression when delivered through WebP Express. I even did the lowest compression setting in Webp Express (100% image quality in lossy and lossless). But output file size is between 6kb to 8Kb. Because of these images became extremely low quality (almost not presentable). So, I had to disable that.

How do I disable compression in WebP Express as I am already using image optimization plugin?
