Excessive New Contacts

    Getting excessive amounts of new sign-ups for my email list. Is this a security issue or something i’m doing wrong? I’m concerned about the sudden influx of new members to my list being potentially spam related.

    Good day @vfmctech,

    To be certain, is this for a site with a newly installed copy of our plugin? Asking because I know we have a contact import option available, which is selected by default during the connection process.

    Beyond that, I’m checking with others to confirm what other events may cause a new contact addition to happen. I believe it’s primarily new completed sales. So if you had a sudden rush of those, that could be contributing as well.
