Exchange Auto Discover causing 403 site lock out

There is a problem with the WP 4.7 and the iThemes Security plug-ins. After upgrading to both, iThemes security is using repeated exchange auto discover request 404 errors to issue a 403 error eventually causing it to permanently ban our own IP address. I white listed our IP address but is there any other way to fix this issue. It seems like the new iThemes Security could be programmed to ignore Exchange Auto Discover 404 errors. Any answers?
