• Hello,

I’m useing modules Currency Exchange Rate and Prices and Currencies by Country. Second module uses rates from first one. I selected automatic rates update.
Yesterday I configured it and it worked. This morning some exchange rates changed to 0. So prices in some currencies are 0.
What could happend? How to fix it? It’s very urgent, I’m loosing customers.
    Please help.

    Thanks,
    Marcin Koseski

  • Hi @kosu,

Could you please re-check that rounding options in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Prices & Currencies > Currency Exchange Rates” are set correctly. For example, if “Exchange Rates Rounding” option is enabled and “Rounding precision” (i.e. number of decimals) is set to 0, and if your currency rates are below 0.5 – it will round them to nearest integer, that is 0.

Please let me know if that helped.

    Best regards,
    Tom

Thanks for the answer. You’re right. It was due to rounding. I though it was rounding of price, not rate ??

I have one more question. I would like to use widget: Left for Free Shipping. I have free shipping from 200PLN, when I change price to Euro widget says that there is 200 Euro left. It should be about 50Euro (50Euro = 200 PLN). Can you fix that?
