Exchange Rate Error

I’ve been trying to replicate this issue in a test site without luck. You can access clicking on this link.

As you can see, there are no issues entering the API key and if you visit the product in the frontend, you can switch prices successfully:

Could you please give it a look and check if there is a setting missing?
