Since last update, the exchange rates on the order panel “VAT Info” display:

    VAT Currency: EUR
Exchange rate (USD to EUR): inf
Exchange rate retrieved on: 2019-01-30 05:55
Exchange rate provider: Danish National Bank

Tried all providers, the same on all.

    Can you fix it?

    Thanks!

The only change change we made about exchange rates was fixing the URL of the ECB rate feed. The rest of the logic, which converts the order totals to your shop’s base currency, hasn’t changed.

The “inf” and “nan” values indicate that the calculations returned “infinite” (division by zero) or “not a number”. This could happen if the exchange rates were replaced by incorrect ones in the plugin settings. You can check them in WooCommerce > EU VAT Assistant > Currency (example: https://prnt.sc/me7nrb). In such case, fixing the rates will solve the issue.

    Note
Please keep in mind that the only multi-currency plugin supported by the EU VAT Assistant is our Aelia Currency Switcher. If you use another plugin, the VAT Assistant won’t be able to detect which currencies are enabled, and it won’t fetch the rates for them.
