Hi,

I downloaded the “Contact Form Builder for WordPress – Conversion Tools by HubSpot” plugin. Every time I try to connect the plugin to my HubSpot account as prompted, it takes me to a blank page (still in WordPress back office). When I click the “connect the plugin now” link in the prompt again, it simply refreshes the blank page. It doesn’t matter if the plugin is installed from the Hubspot website of if it’s installed from the plugin page installation. The HubSpot page listing on the left menu in the back office still has an exclamation point beside it. Any suggestions or advice?

We are sorry to hear you are having troubles with the plugin. Let me dig into the issue.

Since you mentioned you have tried downloading from HubSpot site and the plugin page installation, we assume you are installing then the latest version (7.38.1) is that correct?

Could you also please indicate which browser are you trying the plugin on? Could you also add an screenshot of the browser after clicking on HubSpot on the left hand side menu??

I’m having the same issue. Using Firefox, with the latest version of WordPress and I verified that my theme has the footer function.

Can I confirm your plugin version please? Do you have 3rd party cookies enabled in Firefox?

Sure, it’s Version 7.38.1 and I have the Standard protections set in Firefox, with the following blocked:
-Social media trackers
-Cross-site tracking cookies
-Tracking content in Private Windows
-Cryptominers
-Fingerprinters

Ok, thanks for the information. While we investigate, could you try login out from your Hubspot account and access to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=leadin? You should see a page where you will login into your hubspot account and connect the portal.

Please let me know if this works for you?
