Exclude a folder from all security measures

Hello,

Thank you for this free plugin. Works like a charm.

All security measures are made with .htaccess file in the root folder. But I also have a non WordPress folder in the root. How can I prevent the security measures have any affect on this specific root non-Wordpress folder.
