Exclude a Page from cache not working

    Hello,

    I have excluded a page from page cache but it’s not working.

    I have a page (custom template file), it hide’s content for non-logged in user and display a message please login to view this content. After login still it showing the message and the user reload the page it’w working and got the content. Please help on this

    1. Page Cache and minify turned off to logged in users
    2. Excluded the page in Never cache a page (/my-page/)

    Hello @3mounika,

    If you have selected “Don’t cache pages for logged in users” then you don’t need to exclude that page from being cached. Try this and see if the issue is resolved.

    Already I worked on it, no use.

    Actually the page has a form and it is available in my primary menu, users(Not logged In) will click on it they see the message please login after they went to login page and will login and click on again that menu item they got the cached version.

    If you disable Page cache does the issue persists?

    yes, after disable page cache issue is still there.

    Try disabling W3 Total cache and see if the issue repeats itself then

    Hello,

    This means that some settings that are enabled are causing this to happen. Try disabling settings one by one and see if the issue persists.
