exclude a product from a shipping zone

hi,

i’m asked to remove one specific product from every but one shipping zone, is this possible to do it with this plugin ?

i have 6 shipping zones and i’d like to keep this product only in the one the client can delivers himself, because otherwise the product arrives broken to the customer.
