I’ve updated the plugin but cannot find any setting to exclude a site from being shown on the store viewer page.

Have I overlooked a setting somewhere?

You can find this setting on same section where admin can change logo of each site.

Was this plugin designed to be network activated or just run from the main site? Are there any consequences to network activating this plugin?

Would it be possible to tie/include your “Hide Site” functionality on your “Upload Site Logo” options page to the Archived selection under Network Admin -> Sites -> Edit Site -> Attributes?

BTW, the “Hide Site” functionality is not working on my Subdomain Structured Multisite version 4.5.3, even when I have the subdomain’s site I’m trying to hide on my list of sites “Archived” on Network Admin -> Sites -> Edit Site -> Attributes.

We apologize for the delay in replying. Yes this plugin designed to be network activated and the feature in which you are trying to hide on my list of sites “Archived” on Network Admin -> Sites -> Edit Site -> Attributes is not added in current version of plugin
