Exclude a specific category

  • Hi,
    we’re using your plugin for nearly 2 years now and it did work as it should until some time ago (don’t know if it changed with the latest update or maybe a version or two before).

    We’re displaying all posts on our website – excluding just one category.

    Until now we’ve used this shortcode:
    [a-z-listing display=”posts” post-type=”post” hide-empty-terms=”true”]

    But the posts of the category, that has been excluded ’til now are now being displed.
    I’ve done some research and testing alongside your documentation.
    And I tried with different variations of
    [a-z-listing display=”posts” post-type=”post” taxonomy=”category” exclude-terms=”106″]
    but no success.

    Can you pls give me a hint, how I can exclude all posts from one specific category from the result set?

    PS: I found differnt information on how to use “exclude-terms”, but it’s not working, neither with category slug nor with catID
