exclude a specific post-grid query type from cache – litespeed

Hi – I am trying to exclude all post-grids using ‘random’ post-order from being cached..

I use litespeed server with the ability to exclude things in a variety of ways, however I havent been able to find one that works without excluding the whole page the post-grid is called on.
