Exclude cache in WP_Query loop specific

Hello,

I have a loop that displays a featured image from a category of a custom post type. This image should be displayed randomly with each refresh on the page, so I need to delete this loop from the cache. How can I do it? Are there any specific parameters that I can include in the loop’s array so it doesn’t cache this loop?

Alternatively, I tried using this custom taxomony in the plugin settings, but it seems to me that it only works with the WordPress default taxonomy and not a custom taxonomy ;(
