exclude catagory from postbypost archive

  • Does anyone know how I can exclude one of my catagories from postbypost? now the postbypost archive shows the last 10 posts from all the catagories, but is it posible to exclue a catagorie so those posts are shown in blog page but not in the recent posts in the sidebar?
    Hope someone can help me! Thanx!
